Aaron C. Firstenberger, Esq.
A native of Fulton County, Ohio, Mr. Firstenberger joined the firm as an associate following his admission to the Ohio Bar in November 2000. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University in 2000, graduating cum laude. Mr. Firstenberger is a 1992 graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville (B.A. Journalism).
During his nine (9) years of practice, he has acted as counsel to court-appointed Receivers in well over one hundred (100) cases across the State of Ohio, as well as representing the interests of debtor companies and creditors in numerous other receiverships. Currently, Aaron supervises the day-to-administration of a majority of the Firm’s receivership cases.
In addition to receivership practice, his general civil practice includes business litigation, transactional business work including buy-sell agreements and wind-downs or dissolutions, real estate, liquor law, and appellate practice. Aaron has prosecuted and defended appeals on behalf of the Firm’s clients.
Mr. Firstenberger is a member of the Order of the Curia, a national legal honorary; Order of Omega, an academic honorary; and the local and state bar associations. He is also licensed to practice in the Southern District of Ohio, United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, United District Court, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Florida
