Myron N. Terlecky Mr. Terlecky was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended John Carroll University where he obtained his B.A. in 1981. Mr. Terlecky continued his education at Capital University Law School where he was President of the Student Bar Association and received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Service. Upon receiving his J.D. in 1984, he was admitted to the Ohio and U. S. District Court Bars. He was admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1996 and the U. S. Supreme Court in 1997. Mr. Terlecky is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Creditor Education Coalition. He is currently chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Columbus Bar Association and is on the planning committee for the Bankruptcy Law Institute. His practice includes debtor and creditor representation in commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters, bankruptcy litigation, business workouts, business/asset acquisitions and transactions, and state court insolvency proceedings. Some of Mr. Terlecky's speaking engagements have included the Bankruptcy Law Institute of the Columbus Bar Association, the National Business Institute, the Columbus Bar Association Nuts and Bolts of Bankruptcy Seminars, the Creditor Coalition Seminars, and the Sterling Educational Seminars. Mr. Terlecky has a AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Terlecky served as member of the Steering Committee on the Dublin Community Plan. He has been a coach for the Dublin Soccer League and has coached basketball for the Dublin Youth Athletic Association. Mr. Terlecky and his family are original members of St. Brigid of Kildare Parish in Dublin, where he and his wife have been involved in fund-raising campaigns for the building of the church and the school.
