A.C. StripA.C. "Ace" Strip is one of the founders and a principal in the firm. After earning a bachelor of arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University, he received a Juris Doctor degree in 1960.
Mr. Strip concentrates his practice in the field of business, with a heavy emphasis on corporate insolvency and work-out plans. He has extensive business experience, having handled several hundred corporate insolvencies, both in State court and Federal Bankruptcy court. He is regularly appointed by courts in many Ohio counties to oversee financially distressed businesses.

John HoppersMr. Hoppers, a principal of the firm, earned a bachelor of arts degree from West Liberty College in 1962 and received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1968 from The Ohio State University College of Law. He joined the firm's predecessor partnership in 1967 while still a student at The Ohio State University.
Mr. Hoppers' practice concentration is in planning and execution of business transactions, organization of professional practices and other business transactional matters. He also works extensively in estate planning, probate matters and state receivership law.

Paul LeithartPaul Leithart II was born in Columbus, Ohio and has resided in the Columbus area his entire life. He graduated from Whitehall-Yearling High School in 1973. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan in 1977 with a double major in Business Law and History. In 1981, he graduated from Capital University Law School, cum laude.
Mr. Leithart is licensed to practice in all Ohio trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court and the Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Tim McGrathTim McGrath earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1965 and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from The Ohio State University in 1969. He is an OSBA Certified Specialist in the practice of Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law and has been honored as an Ohio Super Lawyer, 2008 in his practice area of Real Estate Law.
His area of practice emphasizes all phases of real estate, and includes probate, estate planning and business law. He is one of a few Ohio attorneys experienced with representing appraisers before the Ohio Real Estate Appraiser Board.

Myron TerleckyMr. Terlecky was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended John Carroll University where he obtained his B.A. in 1981. Mr. Terlecky continued his education at Capital University Law School where he was President of the Student Bar Association and received the Dean's Award for Outstanding Service. Upon receiving his J.D. in 1984, he was admitted to the Ohio and U. S. District Court Bars. He was admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1996 and the U. S. Supreme Court in 1997.

Nelson GenshaftNelson Genshaft has over 30 years in the practice of law. Nelson’s practice focuses on business litigation, professional responsibility, regulatory matters and administrative agency law. He is a past President of the Columbus Bar Association.
Nelson attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S. 1970) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D. 1973). He first worked as a regulator at the Ohio Division of Securities (1973-74) and then as Assistant Attorney General representing various agencies that regulated financial institutions (1974-76).

Kristie CampbellKristie A. Campbell is an associate attorney for the firm. Her practice concentrates on domestic relations matters, probate and estate planning, juvenile law, traffic and criminal law. She has had extensive experience with legal research, case preparation, trial presentation or negotiations for over a decade.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell acquired valuable trial experience as a Certified Legal Intern for the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney for four years on cases ranging from presenting juvenile traffic matters to assisting on death penalty cases.
